The final two shows of 2010 are set for the Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band, and we're pleased to announce that fans can once again celebrate the New Year with Derek & Susan! First up, the band will perform on December 29 at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FL - tickets go on-sale to the general public on September 24. On December 31, the group will take the stage at the Florida Theatre in Jacksonville, FL for what promises to be a great way to ring in 2011. Tickets for the New Year's Eve performance go on-sale to the general public on September 17.

On Thursday, September 2, Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi will once again join Herbie Hancock and his band for a late night TV appearance. This time, the group will perform on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, which airs at 11:35pm on NBC. Be sure to tune in, and if you're on the West Coast, don't miss Derek & Susan performing at Herbie's birthday celebration at the Hollywood Bowl on Wednesday, September 1.

On September 2, Derek Trucks will headline the Guitar Center "King Of The Blues" Grand Finale concert at the House Of Blues - Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. For this show only, Derek will perform with a special lineup of musicians, while all other scheduled dates feature the Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band in full. The new album from the great Dr. John, Tribal, is out tomorrow (August 3) on 429 Records, and reviewers are praising the follow-up to his Grammy-winning 2008 release, City That Care Forgot. The non-musical guests are Michael Cera and Rachel Maddow. On Saturday, Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band appeared at Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival in Chicago, alongside dozens of legendary guitarists and musicians from all eras, including BB King, Buddy Guy, Jeff Beck, Steve Winwood, Ronnie Wood, ZZ Top, John Mayer, Jimmy Vaughan, Vince Gill, James Burton, Albert Lee, Robert Randolph, Robert Cray, and of course, Eric Clapton.
