I'll admit to being a Letterman fan but the performance on Leno was far superior, both in sound quality and visuals. Speaking of visuals--Susan was hot hot hot in the sequined dress and boots (sorry Derek, LOL.) The gold necklace with the feather pendant was also very nice. She seemed much more comfortable doing this set than the one on Letterman. Derek's playing also came through better than on The Late Show. Realizing that this was a promo for Herbie's album I would have still liked to have seen Derek given the more room to spread his wings or amped up just a tad. Fantastic no matter!

Nice video on Amazon with Herbie talking about the album. The video also features a short clip at Swamp Raga plus Herbie and Derek walking the boardwalk through the swamp talking about "swamp creatures" and Spider Monkeys.
