The classic 70's era license plate. Hood shops and head shops revisited with that one, also a has a Greatful Dead kind of vibe to it. The long bearded freak with the thumb up. Seem to recall it also having a red, white and blue theme to it. Kind of the Kerouac 'Open Road' effect going on with it.
