I just finished watching the 2 DVD set of the 2010 Crossroads Gutiar Festival.The first time I saw, and heard "Midnight in Harlem" , it grabbed me by my heart, and wouldn't let go!
I've already played that one song, at least four times. That song, combining Susans amaizing blusey voice, along with Derek's searing slide work, will never get old!
As someone who saw the Allman Bros Band, when Duane was still with us-June 26, 1971-11:30 show-last public show at the Fillmore East;it is so scary, how so alike, in so many ways, Derek and Duane are alike.
As I was watching this DVD,I said to myself, "Duane must have been smileing down, at this incredible preformance!"
