Kind of a play on words.

Caps fit the phrase so well, certain times, when inspired, something buzzes...
"Let It Slide," in the same sense.
The experience of seeing them live is unique, yet the themes given voice to are universal.

How about
"LIVE" on Hiatus
* Emancipated --or-- Emancipation
* Testifyin' --or Testify
(....or some derivation of those (with or without punctuation) like: "Emancipation Live", or "Testifyin' Live!", or perhaps this is a bit too cheesy: "Testifyin' in 2009" - sort of a rhyme). Probably don't want a 2009 tag on a 2010 release. The marketing folks can debate that one.
Maybe some short phrase or form of one of those suggested words.
To me, Emancipated or Emancipation has some continuity with the recent album title of Already Free. That continuity would nicely round out, or sum up that era of DTB with the live release following the wonderfully composed Already Free project.
To Testify, or testifying, has a gospel connotation, which embodies a portion of DTBs work, and also is descriptive of what the band does on stage in a live setting - pouring out their hearts and channeling some higher power in a shared catharsis with the audience....Testifyin'!
